We will be having an Open House on Saturday, September 13th from 10:00 a.m.
until 2:00 p.m. This will be a great opportunity to
view our new facilities and come visit with our horses. We are planning a BBQ along
with door prizes and other fun activities! |

NATIONAL RESCUE RIDE

We are participating in the National Rescue Ride event scheduled for October 19,
2008. For additional details and to sign up to participate, go to

be sure to select Angel Horse Rescue, Inc. This is a nationwide event and horse
rescues and charities from all over the country will be participating to raise awareness for the plight of
abused, neglected and abandoned horses as well as horses at risk for slaughter.
We will be sponsoring a ride/walk at Walnut Creek State Park which is located
just northwest of Tulsa in Prue, Oklahoma. Click this link for more information

10:00 a.m. We will have a light breakfast available for riders/walkers as
well as drawings for prizes and lots of other fun stuff! There are several
equestrian and hiking trails as well as camping facilities, restrooms, picnic
areas, fishing, boating, etc. We will post additional information and
activities once they are confirmed so check back often. We will mail info
packets to the registered participants which include maps, directions and details of the
event. |
